Sushi Takatsu

I asked for maguro sushi but they gave me something else, salty and not fresh.

A very long line when I arrived at noon on Monday. Combo #4 ($10) was worth the wait.

Absolutely freaking amazing. This place is great. I don't go anywhere bit here for sushi. Even my boss orders from here nearly every week!!

Good Japanese curry but hands down the worst spicy tuna sushi I’ve ever had. And I’ve tried lots of sushi around the US and Japan. Bizarrely bland fish with overcooked rice and no spice. The sushi was cheap, thankfully. The udon was also pleasant.

Greetings, I want to say the The food was Delicious very flavorful broth. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the food menu. The only downside, it is a tight spot. And you will have to order to go. They only have a few bar seats. (10)

This place is without a doubt the best Japanese cuisine I’ve ever had. The freshness and quality of their fish is exceptional, and all of their rolls are really affordable and generous portions! The great food doesn’t end at their sushi and oshizushi, though- they have excellent udon! The noodles are so chewy and the broth is always seasoned to perfection. Ever since I discovered this place a year ago, I’ve come here once (sometimes twice) a week EVERY week to get their udon. (In the picture is a bowl of their Curry Udon! Really really good!) The only reason why I’m able to get such crazy good food every week, even as a college student, is because their prices are super affordable! The icing on this amazingly delicious and affordable cake is the excellent and super fast service. This place seriously has it all! If you’re on the fence about trying this place, take my word for it and go. You’ll wish you tried this place sooner!
