David Dempster performed unauthorized work on my property without an invoice and then called a collection agency, who badgered me relentlessly on my work phone. He also left intimidating voicemail messages expressing faux concern how my failure to pay would lead to my credit being harmed. Also, David called my employer at work about this issue.

The backstory to this is that I hired him for lawn care and and his lack of diligence lead to his dismissal, as he informed me that other customers were more important.

I walked in to their office last week looking for some stones to complete a project I am working on. They immediately were able to help me. Dave walked out to the yard personally and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, then he loaded everything for me. He took the time to get to know me and treated me like a long-time friend. They gave me the best price anyone could ask for. They both are very great and personable people. I hired Summit for weekly mowing and fall leaf removal. They were a bit more expensive than others, but we're the first to respond so I gave them a shot. I spoke with the owner, David. He pulled up on line photos of the property and we discussed the need for a push mower, and which days the crew would arrive. The next week, they did not arrive on either of the two days. I emailed David and they arrived the next day. They did not have a mower! The crew leader asked multiple questions about the layout of the backyard, I finally told him to walk back and look at it? They hacked at the front yard with a weed wacker and when removing the leaves with a tarp dislodged decorative stone bed borders. I emailed the owner and asked about the mowing, he said they couldn't mow it due to the slope. He then invoiced me for the full amount even though they did not mow. In 30 years of using landscapers during periods of travel or physical issues, the worst experience.
