Norina was polite and friendly and accommated me as a walk-in. Chrissy was my technologist. She explained everything about the procedure clearly, and in a friendly manner. She was professional, gentle, and charming. I truly appreciate the human welcoming and care I received.
My problem is that they did a study that I did not ask for, my doctor did not ask for, they decided without consulting me (nobody speaks Spanish) and they force me to pay...

Everyone delivered excellent service all around. The scheduling, registration, and technician service was pleasant, and prompt.
They were really helpful squeezing me in at the last minute after going to the Rockville and Chevy chase location.
