Cherry Hinton Post Office

This is the worst post office in Cambridge! They should not have a license to operate as a post office if they cannot provide a good service! The lady on the till is so rude! The other gentleman behind the counter leaves half way leaving around 8 people in a que!

The post office counter is terrible. They charged me more for a service I did not need telling me it was the only way to post a small parcel to the Channel Islands. After checking at the post office website and calling, I confirmed it was not true. What a scam and they are rude.

Lottery machine is broken. As I try to claim a £30 winning ticket.

Left immediately! Loaves of mouldering bread on counter with cockroach's in the bread and running around on the counter. Will never shop there . Will not accept it as a drop off point or pick up for parcels . 0 stars if it was an option .How are they still trading its a blatant health HAZARD.

Couldn't accept amazon return despite being listed as a return location. Some nonsense about not having the labels or a printer. I got the impression this was a regular occurrence.

unfortunately you can't give ZERO stars, this is an absolute dump of a store with a rubbish post office counter. as another reviewer put the attitude of the staff is just at another level of incredulity towards customers..... I can honestly say that I would rather walk to Clifton Road in the snow and rain before I had to go in this (*insert your choice of words here*) shop. the fact that I witnessed a drug deal outside sort of says it all..... of and parking OMG park wherever the (*insert your choice of words here*) you like on the path, in the middle of the road....

Had a pre-paid return label to be scanned, which can be printed in the post office for you. Lady told me they didn’t have a printer. It clearly says on the royal mail website, the staff can print in the store. If you’re going to run a post office ensure you have all the facilities.
