I went there recently and always enjoy walking around this enchanting, historic town. The railroad museum is a must see as well. Great day trip destination.

Fun place to visit. Many cool shops and places to eat. Be aware of flooding signals. There are alarms to warn you of flashflood. Heed them. Many improvements have been made upcounty to improve the flooding situation but it's better to be aware.

This is very cute, olden style streetscape with shoes and restaurants. I went looking for some feet to ground historical research. Park and rec had local historian staff to answer questions about the old cabin and dialogue.
Check their website for schedule of park and rec staff.. not open in winter months, with limited schedule during warmer season.

We love strolling through this area whenever we are close. There’s always something to see and things to buy. The food is great every place we have tried. The book store is also a great find as is the antique shop. It’s big! The train station museum is free and well worth going through!
