This is a great place to have an event. Fantastic green room. Excellent and spacious.

1208 Washington Place was in our top two venues we were choosing from for our wedding. The main reason we chose the other venue came down to available dates. 1208 is a beautiful place to have a wedding and Morgan is beyond helpful! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

1208 Washington Place is such a cool wedding venue. It's extremely spacious and includes multiple levels to celebrate. It offers a bridal suite and definitely the most unique eye catcher is the vault with the twin doors. As photographers we love the natural light coming in from the huge windows in the front and the endless possibilities to create your dream wedding at this venue!!

1208 Washington is a beautiful venue! We worked with Stephanie for a wedding in October and she was amazing! She was very professional and responsive to the needs of our client, and she made herself available to us the day of the wedding. We look forward to working with 1208 Washington Place in the future!
