Paula was amazing! It has been a long time since I got a massage, I am usually super uncomfortable with them but now that I am in my 2nd trimester I wanted to try a prenatal massage. Paula was gentle, communicative and made me feel really comfortable. Love her prenatal massages!
Paula is absolutely amazing. She listens to you, cares about your well being, wants to get to know you and how to improve your every day movement. She will treat and suggest how to continue to care for yourself outside of massage therapy. You will not be disappointed.
Paula has magic hands and a wealth of body-work knowledge. she was able to provide excellent relief from some hateful muscles and offered insight for further improvement. I hope to visit the area again, or convince her to move to Texa .

Paula, who is also a nurse, is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! The most caring person I have ever met. She helps me with my migraines, injuries ...and she is helping me through all of the tightness I have experienced recently since rotator cuff surgery… thank you Paula...you are the best xoxo

I live in Hillsborough NH, 2 plus hour drive to and from foxborough, each way. Paula is totally worth the drive. Yes just to see her. You won't find this combination of knowledge, understanding and empathy anywhere else. Paula is also certified in a type of body work from Germany that you can't get anywhere else on this coast and is out of this world. She was a nurse for years and thus has a working knowledge of health that is sadly lacking in so many massage therapists these days. I honestly can't recommend her enough. Once you see Paula you'll understand why it's worth the 4 hour journey.
