Showcase Cinema de Lux Broadway

I was booking my tickets through Atom App was showing these every other seat are booked. Then I booked me and my friend seat E1 and E3 cuz that’s the only option was open. As everyone can see all seats were empty, even seats are blocked in the bk of theater and same thing not that many seats were full. No idea why this was like that.. someone not doing there job correctly.

The only theater we go to! We travel 20 minutes because the stadium seating is so good. The seats are super comfortable-you can see from everywhere, and it’s clean! You have space and you’re not crammed in-so even the first row isn’t too close/reserved seating-great theater!

My first time watching movie at this location.

Very large theatre.

The seats were very comfortable. I only missed the tray that is offered in the dine in theatres to place your popcorn and other food items.

The view and sound were great,

On December 14 I came to watch the movie animal with my wife, the movie was amazing but about halfway through at 12 AM everything shut down screen went blank there was no sound only the emergency lights were on. Once everybody in the theater came out, which was about 40 to 50 people. There was not one person in the whole entire theater. The theaters completely unlocked every single theater room is open but there is no staff member here we were extremely uncomfortable and scared, because we were unaware of what was happening and due to the current situation, we were scared that there might be some type of threat. This was the worst experience that we have ever had. I would not recommend coming back to this theater for anybody for any reason whatsoever.

But, this time my daughter asked me she wanted to watch horror movie.........
In middle of watching it, one man came from front exit.......
I don't think many people noticed of him....

Movie theaters are something I am super picky about. I can see a movie anywhere but I want a place that has a fun atmosphere, is super clean, and comfortable. This theater clicks all the boxes and I drive from Lynbrook to come here whenever I can. Maybe it has something to do with the long elevator that takes you under ground it’s like preparing to go for a ride at the amusement park!
