They atleast try to help. Granted what they do to help is limited but they do more advance trust on companies and resolve issues. My only real complaint is they are too limited in their ability to handle complaints.

Sleek interior design that compensates for the building's dull exterior. The facility is very modern and comes with an indoor gym in the basement. The 6th floor also has a pretty good view of the city.

Don't waste your time, all they do is forward your complaint to the company who you already have disputed. Once the company responds, it's closed. They don't comment if they agree, or not. They just send the response and a survey - Did this help you. What a joke, so a big lender who takes advantage of you really is suppose to be more intimidated by CFPB email. Pls what a joke

This is a great third party messenger service. However they do nothing to help consumers. If you file a complaint using their services all the will do is wait for the company you filed the complaint against to respond then they will close the compliant. It does not matter if the company addressed your issue in your complaint or rather or not they resolved your issue all the CFPB is going to do is close the complaint and ask for your response to the companies reply. Equifax is denying my rights to see completed dispute results. I filed a complaint against them, Equifax responded that the results of my disputes were available to me online. This is not true the results are not available to me on line. All the CFPB did was close the compliant and ask for my reply to Equifaxes response. Equifax is still denying me my rights to see completed dispute results. The CFPB is a joke. The US Government need to create an organization that actually protects consumers.

Filing a complaint only hurt the issue. It did nothing to help.
