Not surprised terrible rating. They are actually worse than this. The staff didn't bother for long time, at counter despite seeing us, no hi or hello, literally yelled, that are you open? Without any expressions or apology, took order and turned his back towards us. When asked for water, no answer, kept looking at his phone and then suddenly took out bottle and banged at counter. It was terrible. Food - Tacos were fully loaded with sugar syrup and so was veg burger. Which is never the case in other coffee clubs. With that poor food and service, don't know how their franchise will survive. Store was empty even in peak hours. Probably people Don't like this store.

Most appalling service! Shame on you! My husband and daughter was there this morning..a waiter name Justin served them. He was absolutely rude. If the owner of this franchise is reading this, you should review your staff and service. I didn't want to put any stars on but had to if wanting this review to be on.

Love coming here after my weekend walk for a refreshing drink, light lunch followed by a cuppa Latte to takeaway!

$9.50 for a side of calamari.
Coffees are ok, weird powder taste in them though.
Approx $18.50 for both. $15.04 with VIP discount card.

The portions are apalling - I bought a side of chips for $4.60 and the serving was barely half the bowl. The only reason its not a 1 star is because the food taste was decent. I brought up the issue with the staff and was told this was weighed as per headquarters instructions. Ridiculous.

Wait time for drink and meal too long. It is 32mins since sitting down, got drink into 15-20min and still awaiting food.

the lady behind the main counter is doing a wonderful job but unfortunately she is all alone juggling making drinks, taking orders and serving.

management needs to look into this, dont be that miser that bring no help by not hiring.

PS-food arrived eventually and the fish and chips was blend. Fish had no taste & had a smell , chips was soft and tasteless. The quantity of the serving was less as well..
Salad was delicious.

Food was delicious
Communication on one meal was abit off but the situation was fixed quickly. Other than that was great. Great food and service 👌
