Don’t recommends villa, I found out that there were rats in my villa while I was gone. Bro the blankets suck, this place is literally summer all the time and has blankets that are so heavy to put on your body. It takes so much energy to pick up the blankets. You can easily get sick in this place. Food sucks, I got food poisoning. The employees are dumb as heck and need to learn more English

I reserved Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort for vacation. This was the worst vacation I've ever been on. The resort was dirty. The room we had was gross. The beds were so uncomfortable. We didn't have hot water for the majority of the trip, if we had water at all. When I called they just kept saying they'd send someone. One day they did send someone, it got hot for them, 5 minutes later it was cold again. The food was the most disgusting food I've ever had from a resort. On day 1, they called to "take us on a tour" this was a 3 hour tour to sell us their membership and when we send no, they got nasty. We were supposed to be able to have access to 9 restaurants however they would only let us book a reservation for 2 nights and the rest had to be the buffet which has the same gross food everyday.The drinks are gross bottom of the barrel liquor, even the bars that offer "premium" liquor were no good. This place was so gross, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This is my second year. This year we were given an upgraded room. Room was clean, had maintenance issues but were fixed when requested. Restaurants are ok, they lack quality and variety of food. Bars are also ok. The best part about this resort is the VIP beach area. Entertainment is another area where it needs to be improved.

I have a chairman membership, I was put in a crown villa even though the contract states MANDATORY it’s only ROYAL VILLAS. One of the old/dated villas I was given smelled like Paint and i was told by Arianny (concierge) to please put the babies and sick people in the villa that did not smell like paint, so the rest of us can go a choke on paint i guess. i was informed i was going to be moved to a different villa that wasn’t intoxicated in paint smell that someone would call me when it was cleaned nobody did so I Ended up having to go to the lobby and ask for update at dinner time and then move my stuff at 9:30 pm because it had been ready all along and i was never given the information.
I approached the chairman circle office and NO HELP. But I was definitely Offered a solution if I paid MORE MONEY THAT “ IT WASNT MUCH” this was ridiculous.
I was told i was going to be switch to royal the following day and then I was told no no availability Once I asked for all my money back and that i was leaving the HORRIBLE FACILITIES and that I was telling everyone not to sign your contracts that are worth NADA a royal villa appeared magically. I was only able to get it and move by 5:30 pm (TWO DAYS WASTED FIGHTING FOR MY RIGHTS AS EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN)
The RV27 had. One room with a non functioning AC reported it immediately and NOTHING WAS DONE Somebody came and did not fix it I waited for the next person to come until 1:35 AM!!!! The. I was offered a room in the hotel for the night I COULDN’T EVEN SPEND THE NIGHT IN THE VILLA I PAID FOR.
I also was never informed I couldn’t get bottles on my last day NOBODY Had the courtesy of telling me this.
This place has gone DOWNHILL every year gets worse and it’s all a SCAM I will be posting on social media (ALL OF THEM) and Will inform our Real state clients and family and friend to NEVER INVEST IN LIFESTYLE HOLIDAYS VACATION CLUB.
PS. The phones in my villa didn’t work I think that was on purpose so that I wouldn’t be able to call since I was so upfront with my discontent.

I do not recommend this resort!
Pools were not sanitary (bugs/hair), grounds not kept clean, and had issues with toilet and sink for the entire week there. When confronted the front desk about the bathroom issues they were not helpful, minimized or never documented the number of times we reported issues, continued to transfer the problem to other staff for over an a hour, refused to produce a manager to resolve the problem, and even tried to blame us for breaking glassware to divert the attention. Totally unexceptable!
Only enjoyed the spa and specialty restaurants, which you can find at any resort.

Bait and switch. I was told we would get one free shuttle, and a second would would be $50. Now suddenly that's not true, and nobody can answer me. Between the shuttle service, the resort, and whoever runs their Instagram page can't give me an answer about their own amenities offered... but have time to give attitude and gives the run around at every turn. My friends who were members cancelled last April and now I see why... My family and I all also work in the travel industry, so we know what the standard is. We will make sure to to not recommend. Not a single apology, or answer was given. We haven't even gotten there, and we are ready to cancel and go to a resort who actually appreciates their guests. My advice, don't be a member, save your money and run.

The resort does not deliver through with its promise. The slogan of “tell only your best friends” is funny because I wouldn’t tell my enemy to stay there. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa that was booked through the timeshare exchange program. Since we were not owners who had purchased or upgraded while there, dining options were limited and we did not qualify for a golf-cart. The food at the restaurants that we “qualified” for was hit or miss. Ironically the Dominican restaurant was the worst. The property is VERY large so getting around without a golf-care is not easy. We had to call for transportation often which meant we had to wait up to 30 minutes for it to arrive sometimes missing our dinner reservation. All that aside, the villa needed substantial upgrades. There were cracks in the wall from the ceiling to the floor in the bedroom. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows were made of cotton balls. The A/C in one of the bedrooms stopped working on the same day that we lost hot water. After repeated calls, someone came to fix the hot water but not the A/C. The cost of wifi was $45 per device (for 1 week) which I personally think is ridiculous especially since we had to pay $845 for the all-inclusive fee for someone who never made it on the trip due to a cancelled flight.
As an experienced traveler, I would say this is among my worst traveling experiences and I would not recommend staying here.
