Was in there for the iftar! I thought that they are Turkish kebab restaurant, I think that they are doing something else and it was so expensive. It was really bad choice when I was so hungry.
I ordered Adana Kebab, baklava and tea, paid 35 pound, they brought something as a kebab, there was no lahmacun! I paid 35 pound which was really crazy expensive. I eat all but I was hungry, your baklava was not fresh. Anyway, I had to flag those things..

Delicious food reasonably priced. Great service. Bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Dinner for two had the set menu, 2 meze and a main each so had a nice selection to choose from and because of the two starters it was like tapas between the both of us. The food was great, very flavoursome and good size portions plus the bread is to die for!
Highly recommended, great food, sufficient staff to provide a good service (it's quite a large and busy venue), and a high energy atmosphere (read quite noisy, which was perfect because we were a party of 8 and this was a perfect fit). You probably pay a little more than average but this is returned in the quality.

We were a large group who had either never met or had met a while back, so we were quite noisy. We were asked if we could keep the noise down.
The restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure if a diner complained or the wait or just took it upon himself to tell us off for being happy to see our friends.
The waiter could have handled the situation differently.

Absolutely delicious Turkish food south of the river. Near the Old and Young Vic and The National. Great two course and wine set menu that is a fabulous deal. It's a perfect pre or post theatre spot and worth a trip just because. Good for vegans and vegetarians too.
