We did a behind-the-scenes tour last month. If you're in the area and LOVE scary things, you NEED to check this out!

I've always loved scary movies, haunted houses, and creepy things as a kid and still do as an adult. It was a great experience seeing how these are brought to life and the small details and hard work that goes into everything throughout the year.

Ethan was a fabulous tour guide and answered every question we had! He also designs and builds the majority of the lifelike sets.

Thanks for everything! We'll be back for the Christmas attraction!

We appreciate this group putting on a great Haunted House again this year. We enjoyed all of the options from three haunted mazes to three Escape rooms. Great refreshments available as well

We went this past Saturday night. We had a group of 14. Which we were willing to break up into smaller groups but didnt have to. They let us all go at the same time. We arrived 30 minutes early and the line was not too bad. We did have to wait in line twice, but its two different attractions so its two different lines. We had no problem with that! Pennywise walking around the lines was great! The Haunted houses were great! The staff was awesome. We had an awesome time! My only complaint is having to wait on that concrete floor. But what can you do. We loved it! Arrived at 6:30. And we were leaving right at 9. The scenes inside the haunts were really awesome. Two days later and im still amazed at how thwy were able to make it what it is. Great job!

I did not even know this existed in Memphis! What a shame, because it has been around for awhile. Tucked away off Perkins, just south of the 240 loop it sits in what was a huge Toys R Us. As of the time of this review it contains four haunts, one stand alone and the other is a three in one. ALL are fantastic! For $30 you get admission to one haunt but for a mere $5 more you get all four, so why wouldn’t you do that? In fact for $15 more you get VIP line access to all four, which on a busy night would be totally with it! They make a conscious effort to distribute patrons between the two cues so wait time is minimized but of course on a busy night you could wait for a bit if you choose GA. Regardless, these are worth the wait. These are theater quality sets, with well trained acting staff, and professional makeup.

We chose the behind the scenes tour for $70 per ticket which included VIP access to all four haunts, once we finished and the lights went out. I didn’t know what to expect, but Ethan, who is the creative director, gave us our tour and it was also fantastic! We arrived about two hours prior to lights out with the tour start time scheduled to start at around 1.5 hours prior to lights out. Ethan started early and went long! We toured the main haunt and were shown things like how the scare boxes worked, the lighting, how the sets were built, he talked about the mechanics behind the sets, we saw makeup and costuming as the actors were getting ready as well as the workshop. He also walked us through the other three haunts albeit with less detail as opening was approaching! I’d been through professional haunts before so I knew they were high quality but I had absolutely no idea how much went into producing and running one! Very impressive.

The tour is well worth it but at the very least you need to experience their work. Parking is good, well lit, monitored by MPD, security is employed starting in the parking lot so, while we went in the back door and bypassed all that, I could tell it was super safe.

The haunts were pretty good, full of jump scares. Be ready to wait in the long line twice to watch the same warning video. Really need to have that be the first thing you do before the entrance to either haunt instead of before each haunt. Also most of the staff is nice but it’s funny how the warning video says guests can’t get an attitude with staff but that doesn’t stop the staff from getting attitudes with the guest. Hopefully the flow gets better and then I can give it another go.

The behind the scenes tour was great. It was a live documentary on what it takes to go from concept to reality for building and running a haunted house. The Creative Director Ethan has such a passion for his art and loves to share it. He never got tired of our questions. Don’t miss out on the escape rooms they are well thought out and a lot of fun; well worth the extra time and money. Seeing the haunt come alive when the lights went out was an amazing experience I will never forget. Thank you Ethan! 10/10

Took the VIP behind the scenes tour. Anyone who doesn’t take this tour, does themselves a disservice. The tour started at 5:30pm the Haunt don’t open till 7pm. Ethan, the creative director personally takes you around his creations. He is very giving and willing to explain how many things were made. My son and I spent 4 hours. It felt like 1hr. Was a memorable night we will never forget. Felt as though we should have paid much more. I’m understating the true value of this tour. Do yourself a favor and book it early. These will sell out once it’s known
