Great daycare their structure is like a school , keep you update with everything. My baby loves it , i love the staff. Iam very pleased

The worst daycare EVER! Some of the staffs are unprofessional! Cameras don’t work!

I received a call to pick up my niece from pre-school care due to her school unexpectedly closing after the tornado came through and knocked out the electricity. I am a backup contact. I took an early lunch from work to drive across town and traffic to pick her up. When I got there, the facility had a strong stench and I noticed kids simply sitting on a dirty floor watching cartoons. I gave them my id and signed paperwork. They thanked me and waved good-bye. I said, "I need my niece please..." They were like, "Oh yah, sorry!" and brought me a child that was NOT MY NIECE! The girl and I just stared at each other. Again the staff was like, "bye!" I told them that was not my niece. They asked the child as if I WAS LYING! The child's first name had the 'iya' sound like my niece but nonetheless, their first and last names are very different. These people claimed that the child was playing a trick and gave them my niece's name. 1). Out of the Bus Driver, Front Desk Clerk, and Teacher, none of them knew the difference between these two little girls. 2). They tried to put the blame on the 5yr old girl! They misheard her name and still did not know the difference between the children. 3). The facility stinks and is ran down. 4). They weren't sympathetic to the fact that I left work and drove across town for nothing. Thank goodness I have a laid back work environment. 5). (My favorite) My niece was never dropped off that morning. She was with her grandmother. :) Yep, she never signed in that morning because she was never there.

This center is my back up care provider. They are close too my job and when school is closed they have always been their to pick up the slack. The cost is reasonable for a 5 year old . Cost of 75.00 per week and they have a curriculum based schedule. My only concern is that the team is not as vigilant checking id of individuals picking up children. They have not had an issue, but i would hate for someone with a custody issue to have their child taken

After so many bad experiences with daycares over the years since my oldest was a baby, teachers showing favoritism and lying like they didn't see what happened, etc. But those are the minimum. The moment I stepped into Happy times just the curriculum even for infants waa totally different for my boys and I. They have been my number one center for about 7yrs. Last year my boys and I had a pretty bad year but this isnt a perfect world. I send my kids here because I support the way they teach and discipline my kids. Its like a few more me's for them. They have more than enough transport buses. Far as the food hunny my kids don't like for me to get them early because they want to get their dinner from the center. They have never complained about the food like they have at school sometimes. I'm super grateful for Happy Times center. There need to be many more like them. Bad reviews only help them grow as to any business. You have to take the good in with the bad.

My child have been attending Happy Times Daycare since he was one years old. Happy Times Daycare have helped him in so many ways, such as, everything he needed to know for Kindergarten. Now that he is moving to Kindergarten this year, I will like to acknowledge two teachers who I feel that made it all possible for him. Ms. Shun, which who no longer works there and Ms.Miller, Pre -K teachers.Ms. Shun made sure the all the children can be themselves at any time. She also brought their little personalities to LIFE. Ms.Miller always made sure I knew what my child was lacking in and she always kept me updated on his improvements. I have always felt she was genuine with her students. These two teachers were by far the BEST teachers at Happy Times Daycare for me and my child.

I have three boys ages. Set of twins 11 and 6 years old in their summer program this year. I have enjoyed all they have offered the teachers are very polite and freindly very informative about their program. Allow me to say thank you to the staff and management for a great summer!!!!!!
