I was about to receive a prescription by email from my doctor, and thought I would try DOCIB WhatsApp and delivery service, and checked with them about delivery, which they confirmed they could provide. Great, and when I receive the prescription a little while later I send it to them, and ask for anticipated delivery time. Then I am informed that the driver comes on duty more that 2 hours later. That could have been informed to me first time I enquired? Then I respond that I will pick it up myself, and for them to keep it ready. When I arrive I am told that they do not have it, but can arrange it later. My son is sick, there are enough pharmacies around, I will not wait for you.

Good but expensive

Didn't accept insurance telling silly technical reasons (may be due to lack of technical knowledge or as it was a low cost medicine).
