Friendly staff and it’s near my house so it really accessible.. they offer promotional items too! Nice to check it out if you are in Al Jaddaf vicinity.
Very bad experience, I have mistakenly placed an order via Deliveroo due technical error in my mobile, immediately I SENT A MESSAGE to cancel my order, however the replied to me the order is being prepared and is not possible to cancel. Unreasonable. You should refund my money as I did not get those items and where I will use it.

I recently visited Nakheel Pharmacy and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the services and medicines I needed were all available. Bought a first aid kit. Credit card machine ran out of battery mid-transaction. Cashier used another machine. Ended up getting charged twice. Have been attempting to get refund since November 2023. It is almost February 2024, and I am still waiting...
Refused to serve me at 4:55pm though their working hours are until 7pm and claimed it is until 5pm today, and insisted they can't, even when told them it is an urgent medicine, and they asked me to try get it from Life Pharmacy instead!
They used to be good but not anymore. Have to wait more than2 hours to get admitted. 1 person handles the admission process for the whole hospital. No rooms are ready!
Then when you get discharged that's another wait for infinity. Doctor came and advised discharge at 7am. Until 12 noon the paper is still in the billing section. Guess what the same person handling discharge. When i went for enquiry she said She prioritizes admission over discharge.
From morning nothing but just waiting as if our time is of no value.
Please understand the problem here until you discharge the patient, you won't have rooms available for admission. Kindly employ more staff for this process!

Always a great experience in Zulekha Hospital Dubai! Made a same day appointment and got in right away. Thanks to Dr. Romelie Cangayda for taking care of me and my family. She’s a great doctor and she explains everything to us. She’s very hospitable and warm. That’s why I always recommend her to my friends and other people.
Met Dr. Romelie few months back at the first time by chance. She’s very approachable, empathetic and very professional. Explains things very well plus giving very good advice. She’s so good and prompt that I even told my wife to visit her as well and we chose her to be our personal doctor. Overall Zulekha gave the best service for us so far.
My wife was admitted few months ago and Ms. Merlin who was in admissions department was politely assisted and guided us on all those days we stayed in the hospital. Apart from that we had bitter experiences in most of the services. The above stars given only to her. Thanks Ms. Merlin for your wonderful service keep doing the good work.💐
I regret choosing Zulekha Hospital. I don't understand how people are giving positive ratings. I initially came from Al Futtaim Health Hub; unfortunately, they don't have a hospital. If they did, I would never have come to this hospital.During my recent visit, I requested that they deliver medicine to my place, emphasizing the importance of not repeating the delay from the last time. They agreed, but disappointingly, they repeated the same delay.Another issue I encountered is with their app, which is proving to be quite useless and often gives errors. I reported this to the receptionist, who then directed me to the help desk. They claimed they would contact their IT department and promised to call me back. However, nobody bothered to follow up or call me.
If there are six, I would touch sixth star without any doubt.

But they should accept insurance for direct billing. Pay and claim is inconvenient
Wafaa the Deputy Hospital Administrator saw my review on Google and was quite responsive to take my feedback into stride which assured me that there is quality control. I had a small incident at the hospital and she was super helpful in solving it ! Overall clean facilities and quick service.

I met a GP named Dr Imran there, a very humble, competent and honest person my GOD.
The way he treated me and guided me accordingly was outstanding.

Had a visit for my wife abdominal and back pain, Worst diagnosis from Dr. Naveed sheikh, No blood test recommended at the visit time, straight referral to the hospital. Once reaching home we received call from receptionist that there is blood tests given by doctor and asked to visit again clinic. Worst experience will never visit again
International clinic location and services are good and appriciatable, we and our family friends using this clinic service from last 3 years with Dr. Imaran, but we went yesterday in the clinic and got to know that Dr. Imarn shifted in DIP NMC, we requet to NMC managment that if they shift Dr. Imran back to NMC international city so it will be appriciate.

Extremely happy and Satisfied with great service from pharmacist Shaniya.
I had a very pleasant experience few days ago when i took my wife for routine checkup but unfortunately her insurance company rejected consultation claim for her checkup. One of the administrative staff Mr.Shariq guided us very professionally through out the procedure and finally spoke to insurance company himself to get the claim approved.
I would give Shariq 5 out of 5 stars for his professional and cooperative behavior.

Amazing small mall with delicious restaurants and carfour
Me and my family used to consult Dr. Imran for any health concern, recently when I had been there missed Dr. Imran and came to know that he got shifted to some other hospital, and now for every health concern I have to call on his mobile when he can be available back in same clinic, hope he return back soon, so that we can consult him, as he is very comfortable for any concerns i have.
The services are good.

Blank beauty lounge is the worse salon ever. Super horrible services & very unprofessional. I don't recommend you visiting the salon. However, the mall is amazing and worth visiting.
It's an elegant small mall but still, most of the shops are not open.
Has very beautiful outside seating, only need nice weather for it.
Also, I found the shops and restaurants more expensive than usual.

Mostafa is such an attentive host.
The food is delicious, the vibe is relaxing, the design is soothing, the menu has such a great variety vegan and non so I can enjoy it with my friend that have unique dietary preference and we all get the best customisation.

I was about to receive a prescription by email from my doctor, and thought I would try DOCIB WhatsApp and delivery service, and checked with them about delivery, which they confirmed they could provide. Great, and when I receive the prescription a little while later I send it to them, and ask for anticipated delivery time. Then I am informed that the driver comes on duty more that 2 hours later. That could have been informed to me first time I enquired? Then I respond that I will pick it up myself, and for them to keep it ready. When I arrive I am told that they do not have it, but can arrange it later. My son is sick, there are enough pharmacies around, I will not wait for you.

Receptionist, nurse, doc- OK. What i like is the pharmacist, he really assist us and tell everything in details about meds, all my questions are answered with satisfaction.
New mall in Mirdiff exactly opposite Mirdif 35, still new, needs some time till everything opens up, so far there are salons, craft and play and Grandiose supermarket that are open
i went to docib pharmacy al jaddaf, under Valleta building. The pharmacist was rude. I asked two times and was looking for some first aid items, but he ignored me and just replied “hah” without coming to help me. he was just there behind the counter counting cash. U should find another pharmacist.
I came in this pharmacy last night looking for an emergency item for my wife for severe pain. After around 30 seconds of assisting me and looking for the item that the pharmacist said is available, another customer came. He immediately talked to the customer and he asked me to “wait for a minute” until he finish assisting the customer that just arrived later than me and I was left hanging without the item and asking myself what the hell just happened. PLEASE send your staff for retraining. Perhaps they dont know the word queue and first come first serve basis. this is pharmacy not triage. and even if its triage, this pharmacist just failed. So I just simply left and find another pharmacy because I have good anger management and calm enough not to make a scene. Thank you

Who is asking questions from the visitors in really authoritative & interrogative tone
And collecting their documents & assigning them the seats like a head of JAIL district
Later i found this guy is not a receptionist
As he is wearing the security uniform
Am also have questions from NMC itself
Under which capacity a security guy collecting the personal information & handling their documents
Under which law he is allowed to work as a receptionist while wearing the security uniform
In healthcare system a security guy is directing n advising people about the procedure & effects of the tests
That’s totally unacceptable & non professional attitude of specifically this NMC clinic
So i request NMC to take immediate action against it
Otherwise i have photos n videos which i will report to MOHRE.

Best Place to buy Medicine and supplements in Mirdif area. They have good Parking area too. They have delivery also available without any extra charges.
