Wellesley Terrace at Short Pump Apartments

Moved here couple of months back. Great location. Helay was very helpful during my move with all the process and paper work, her patience surprised me!

Great location and within walkable radius to major stores and the mall. The track around lake looks very good.
Maintenance:
Saeed was quick and solved the issue promptly. The bathtub is now unclogged and I am able to use it normally.

I lived at Wellesley Terrace apts for 2+ years. It was nice and I always felt safe (always be vigilant ofcourse). The maintenance team was great and Robert with maintenance is a rockstar. He took excellent care of myself and my neighbors. And I did get my security deposit back, less a few utilities. I recommend cleaning the carpet if you have carpet !

Have been living in this community from few years. Maintenance is very good, especially the guy Syed, he is awesome in taking care of the maintenance requests. Today I tried to raise a service ticket and Syed and Bryan came fix the issue asap. Nice.

Everything is really good except the J&R Towing company that never take care of our property. 02/19/2023 at 4:32am they towed a car with plate number TUG-4132 and pull the car with Rear tire locked over 100mts. I was smelling the burning tire and stopped him by whistling at loud. I was ready to drive to NC and got this coincidence. They thought as if no body saw them. Redicules!!

I've lived here for about a year and a half now and Maintenance has always been so speedy and kind. Any time I've had an issue it is usually fixed same day or within 24 hours, and I've had everything from a clogged sink, to needing my entire water heater replaced! Special shout out to Robert! Never seen him without a smile! Wonderfully polite and excellent service!

I was very surprised when I read the reviews here, but despite that, I decided to rent a place from here. However, when I experienced what others have gone through, I agree with all of them.

My lease term on this site ends on December 28, 2023. I was supposed to give notice 60 days in advance, but I could only inform them approximately 56 days before. Thinking it wouldn't be a big deal since we had been staying here, I went to the leasing office. They told me that due to my late notice of 4-5 days, I would have to pay an extra two months' rent.

To avoid paying this penalty, I asked to extend my contract for another 6 months. The other day, I went back, and I signed it. However, I mentioned that I wanted to move out 56 days later when the contract ends, and I complained about the house being very cold.

They were very rude and said, 'You signed the contract yesterday; we've entered it into the system. If you cancel, you'll have to pay 2 months (for termination) + 2 months (60 days notice) = $7,000.'

So, I understand that this place is like a money trap, and I'll have to stay here for another 6 months against my will. During these 6 months, I will tell everyone about what I've experienced. Therefore, my advice to you is to absolutely avoid coming anywhere near this site
