Gute Preise und zu empfehlen
I went to the O2 shop to recharge my prepaid and get the package with 1.5 GB of internet. The guy unfo made a mistake and he "forgot" to recharge my internet as well other than just the credit on the phone.
I went back and I politely I tried to explain my problem to him, he called me a liar and he tried to kick me out from the store, I still cannot believe it !! As a customer and client was by far the worst experience of my entire life. This type of behaviour is not normal, the guy (black hair and black beard) must have been under the effect of some drugs...
