Even better, their financing department is on point. They’ll have you prepared with all the dollar amounts needed to purchase and comfortably afford the monthly mortgage. Anna-Marie is the agent you want on your side of the table! We were selling and buying on the same day, and another agent was falling asleep at the wheel - without Anna-Marie and the lender she referred us to I don’t think we would have closed both deals in one day.
