Our experience with H&R Block preparing our taxes was a stellar experience. The Advisor was fully knowledgeable, very courteous and friendly, and did their best to answer all of our questions in a timely and efficient manner.
My wife and I felt cared about, and are fully trusting of the service we received.

I waited almost two hours after I had a scheduled appointment for a 15 minute consultation. The consultation was going to be simple but it seems appointments set on the HR Block website aren’t respected and the fact that the staff told me they can’t even answer the phones or respond to messages after the receptionist leaves. In the two hour block I sat in the waiting room, the phone rang about thirty times and no one answered. No wonder my phone call to confirm my appointment was never answered. I had scheduled a phone call but decided to go in to confirm my appointment and instead of receiving a phone call at 7pm, I ended having to wait in the lobby to have a fifteen minute in person consultation that never happened.

Very disappointing experience, appointments should be honored as they exist to respect both parties time.

Made a phone appointment after a very frustrating day dealing with the online version of the product and did not receive a call. Called them myself and got no answer. Definitely will not be using h&r block ever again. If I could rate lower I would.

Ms. Suely is the main reason. She is so knowledgeable and treats me with great respect. I have gone with her for several years now, and I continue to get quality service. She is the best!
