Love this place and always have the best time. Some atmosphere there and the staff are amazing. Can't wait to go back on my next visit to NYC!

The Summer Club Hosted : CITYSIDE PUMPKIN PATCH as a pop-up for fall.
I attended here with my friends.
I must say it was a pleasant experience for the price paid. There were soo many pumpkin and interactive events to do that made it more appealing. The pumpkin smashing and the drinks were a hit. Lots of photo ops. The only downfall was that they were a tad-bit over priced on their appetizers.

Omg this place is so much fun! I had Emily as my waitress and she was great. She made my birthday so great. I was all by myself and she talked to me when she could. I'm so sad that I didn't know about them sooner. I'll have to come back next season!

Beware Don't come to this Venue
It looks nice and all with decorations but it's all about your money they don't care about the customers or anything .
Me and my girls bought our tickets online & was ready for a fun pool day but do to the weather it wasn't that delightful
We get there and was greeted by the security and bouncers to take our tickets & id out and no outside anything is allowed including gum which we found funny.
We make our way upstairs and it was a couple people in the pool area and in grass area relaxing. we made our way to the bar to get a couple drinks that was the first red flag.
The drinks was overpriced and didn't taste like what it was suppose to be. Afterwards we walked to the pool to sit cause it started to drizzle and the staff basically seen lighting and ask people to come out the pool. We tried to make the best outta of the day anyway the dj wasn't there so they played music off a recording i guess. I had walked away for a couple mins to the restroom. As i walked back to the bar my friend tells me a staff member walked into the area where our stuff was and took the towels without asking if we was using it or anything. She was talking to him and he ignore her & walked off without acknowledging he was wrong. My friend decided to tell the manager. When she told the manager, he brushed off what she said, and claim that the staff does not speak English. he said that he seen no wrong and what the staff did due to him not speaking English. As a business the manager should speak to the employees to treat the customer with respect.
Me & friends decided to not make them ruin the rest of our stay and order some food t but to wasn't to good. It was over priced for finger food that was not tasty it taste frozen.
We end up leaving right after it was not pleasant experience we will not be returning.

Fun time until they repeatedly asked me to move away from in front of the stage because i looked "pregnant" (I'm not).
Security staff was definitely whack. The bartenders and bathroom attendants were great though.

I headed to see Elderbrook this past Sunday, and while I initially thought my experience was okay, it quickly became clear that the entire night was filled with unsettling incidents. After reading some reviews afterward, everything fell into place for me. Let me tell you about that night.
Right from the start, the intensity of the pat-down and search I went through stood out. Among my group of three friends, I was the one who faced the most thorough inspection. The security staff, who happened to be black, patted me down meticulously, going through every part of my body. Then, she proceeded to go through my bag in great detail, unraveling my clothes, checking every pocket, and digging into my purse and toiletry bag. In stark contrast, my white friends received only quick glances and were spared the invasive search. I couldn't help but speak up, questioning why my friends weren't subjected to the same level of scrutiny. Her response was unsettling: she justified the differential treatment by saying that my friends' clothing was more revealing and that she could "see everything on them." By the time she was done, all my belongings were scattered around me. And as I hurried to put things back together, she abruptly yelled at me to "keep the line moving." That incident was the first sign that things were going awry.
Upon reaching the upper level, we headed to the bar for a drink. Despite the bar being mostly empty, the bar staff treated me with an odd aloofness, almost as if I were invisible. This time, I followed my mother's advice and spoke up. I expressed my frustration about waiting for so long to order while others were being served before me. Only after I spoke up was when they decided to serve me.
Later that night, my friends and I were invited to the DJ booth. A man asked my friends to come up on stage not realizing that I was with them. However, we were promptly asked to leave just four minutes later, citing "capacity issues." After the third incident, I couldn't shake the feeling that this place was unwelcoming to POC, or in my case a mixed raced black passing women.
Even my white friends couldn't ignore the obvious mistreatment I faced. This venue doesn't deserve support. The behavior of the staff wasn't just rude and dismissive, but overtly racist. I'm committed to letting all my friends know not to support this club and to dissuade anyone else who asks.

Should’ve read the reviews before coming here. Racist just like they said. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the bartender showed love and the place actually looks good.
Went on a quiet day to celebrate my birthday but staff messed it all up at the end. I was asked to leave at 5 though I paid until 6 and others weren’t given the same notice. Don’t come here if you don’t want the racist vibes. Bye now ✌🏽
