Potomac Place Tower

We have owned our unit since 2020 and are overall pleased. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are great. HOA fees are ~rapidly~ increasing which is a major concern. Look at the recent history if you’re planning on buying. But the location is fantastic and we overall love living here.

My friends took me out here for the first time and bought me some shoes now I know where to go for a good hookup on casual shoes .

Be the first one to rent or lease one of these dynamic spaces for your home or for your business. Very nice accommodation, state of the art amenities, galore landscaping. Just beautiful. Upcoming architectural design building for 2022. The surrounding area is also great with plenty of amenities such as shops and popular restaurants.

Visited and were impressed with the cleanliness and nice looks of the place. Great place.

The management team is just horrible. Instead of solving problems they make problems. They are lying so easily, it’s like their usual job.

I don’t recommend living in this building. While the front desk staff was great, they are understaffed and constantly backed up on processing packages. There was also a water leak in December that took the management company over a month to fix. During this time, one or both elevators on the north tower were down and the cardio room was closed. So many times people with strollers or trouble taking the stairs were stranded. I moved out in January, so I have no idea whether it’s been fixed.

Also, I rented directly from the owner and had a bad experience. I won’t go into the details, but I recommend renting through a professional realtor that seems reasonable and trustworthy. And get everything in writing!
