Great facial in calm, small pretty spa.

I recently had my first lash lift with Lori at Skin Sense. We had previously been in touch via email about setting up an appointment. I had some reservations about getting another lash lift due to less than satisfactory experience at a different spa. She was so wonderful in explaining her process and how she thought she could help. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised as to how warm, cozy and inviting Trilogy Studio was. Lori was there ready to receive me with her sweet, lovely energy. She is all around extremely pleasant and simply a joy. She was great in walking me through the process, hearing my concerns and taking her time in making sure I was to receive the best service possible. Small touches, like covering my eyes while my lashes were processing, calming music, warm/comfortable service bed, really made me have a calm, relaxing and enjoyable experience. And my lashes... came out GREAT! She did an amazing job in correcting my lashes and getting them looking lovely. Will definitely be going back to see her and highly recommend her services to anyone! She has a real knowledge in what she is doing and aims to achieve more natural looks, which I really appreciate. Thanks Lori!
