Al Bustan Hotel

Well we reach from taxi we did online booking for a night well just 5 minutes we took the Acces card room was good but little bit Ac not colling and one thing mein door not closed I try to lock and also inside bedroom not lock I try, Otherwise good experience.

What an amazing view of the city to witness from this property.. visual treat indeed! Had an amazing stay with my family with ultimate fun and gazing city lights throughout. Food and ambience was really and win-win bonus!

1st room given was lock problem, transferred to another room was smeely bedsheets etchy (having allergy) not comfortable at all. washroom not clean, and no coffee. breakfast buffet not happy. please improve. thank you!

The hotel is not new and the interior needs updating. The food is so-so and does not differ in variety, and it seems like they don’t cook it there, but bring it from somewhere. One plus is that there are places to swim nearby and places to shop not far away.

Hotel place and rooms size are good.
Services 50/100....no facilities or activities coz of Corona....hotel have 1 underground parking level , in case return hotel late, no parking place available and have to park outside.
Don't recommend staying there ...lately they blocked my room card as I stayed 7 nights, on the last night reception person don't want to unblock the room card unless I pay however check is next morning after this incident and he got bad attitude however I advised am checking next morning and will pay also but refused unless I pay however my Id with the reception and it's not the first time to stay there.
Really don't recommend after this incident.
And no visitors allowed to go rooms ,visitors have to wait in reception hall.
