Very excellent especially the receptionist his name is Siraj very helpful and very tasteful I recommend him
The hotel is old but the place is clean despite having older furnitures. It shows it has been well-maintained despite being an old hotel. They also have extra amenities like resto, swimming pool, sauna and gym. They also have shops in the reception area. The basement parking is only dedicated to staff so have to park behind the building. Good value for money.
I don’t know why it took more than one hour to check in when I arrived the hotel with my family. And the staff told me that there is no parking, and I need to go to paid parking area. But when I go to their parking space, it have more than 10 spaces available at that moment. The staff is quite strange to us!
Good Rooms with amazing service by their management. Money Worth for their rooms. Highly recommend it for the bachelor having fun and also they have swimming pool which is really good and clean.
I like the hotel. But hotel staff was informed me with great offer by phone I request to book he said no need you can come anytime to book when i reach the hotel after half hour staff informed me there is no room available.
