Cruising Dubai Creek on a traditional dhow is an absolute must-do experience! These cruises often accommodate walk-ins, so you don't always need to plan far in advance. Additionally, solo travelers are warmly welcomed.
The chance to see the stunning Dubai skyline illuminated at night, with the modern skyscrapers juxtaposed against the historical architecture, is truly magical. However, it's important to manage your expectations when it comes to the food. While some dhow cruises offer exceptional dining experiences, on my recent trip, the food was just average. You're better off booking a 30aed cruise with another company, than Jannat's 70aed cruise.

In addition to the impeccable services and delectable cuisine, the facilities onboard were top-notch. Despite a minor hiccup upon arrival, where we missed the yacht's departure, the team promptly arranged for a speed boat to transport us to the cruise, ensuring that our experience was not compromised in any way. Their swift and efficient resolution of the situation further exemplified their commitment to providing exceptional service.

Fraud, booked for 31st burj khalifa

We booked the cruise with a salesman who promised it would leave on time and return on time, essential as we were then going on to the air port. Neither of these things happened.
The agreed price was supposedly better value than the online price. This was not true.
The buffet is sold as 5 star and what was served was a miserly portion of over cooked meat and curried gruel, plus salad.
We booked a specific table and had to argue to get it on arrival.
The entertainment was brief and a mixture of half hearted children's entertainment and a slightly better traditional dance.
All in all an over priced, over sold and under-whelming experience I won't repeat or recommend, neither will I try any other Jannat experiences.

They mentioned that the cruise is for 2 hours but it ended in exactly 1.5 hours. 25% less time.
And they mentioned that there will be shows but nothing happened on the cruise.
They have taken our receipt back as well so we cannot complain to Dubai Tourism Authority. Will try some other option to complain to them.
Conclusion: Better to go with other dhow cruise.

Sailing Time 9 to 11.
So it started by 9.15 PM and till 11PM they sailed with in 1KM Area between al seef and Al fahidi. Which was quite boring, same place whole 2 hours, they go in front till close to Bank of Baroda Building and then come back till RTA ticket counter at Al Fahidi.
Welcome drink is been served with soft drinks, which is unlimited.
Coming to food, honestly food was below average. It was unlimited but food selection was poor.
At last i would not recommend this dhow cruise , atleast after checking online same cruise costing between 45 to 55 AED and onsite i had to pay 100 each that to on a National Day.

Am giving Jaanat Dhow Cruise and resturent 5 star because it is the best cruise I have ever seen! We cruised on this ship and were excited to return.It is so clean and modern.Goog customer service, I would advise anyone out there having a birthday party, wedding ceremony, meeting, vacation to please use Jaanat Dhow Cruise and Resturent . It is stunning 😍 🤗🤗.
