Ridiculous offer. And the bar was not lively at all.thats why maybe they don’t have customers!!!! Even the food are too low rate! They can’t even mince the tomatoes for nachos. It’s ridiculous and horrible! I invited my friends to have some fun but turned out for very unpleasant environment. Not recommended EVER! Before us some customers got complaints us well.

FYI ITS ALREADY 12:53am but still empty place!!! NO WONDER!!!

Admittedly I visited 961 having walked the creek for 90 minutes in high temperatures and extreme humidity. Was enticed inside for a cold drink and was pleasantly surprised. The upper floor is clearly geared for nightly entertainment (DJ Station etc), and the drinks were certainly cold. Service was great and staff friendly, welcoming and attentive.
