Qunish is a gem! I was looking at properties in JLT and he is very cooperative and optimistic, he has a very wide network and puts in alot of effort. You can tell he likes what he does and pays attention to what matters!

I am looking a studio. I sent my budget to the Agent Qunish Waris, instead of explaining to me what properties options and price he has in hand. He asked me to check in Sharjah. I had talked with many angencies. Other offer me options ans explain so I could adjust my expectation and budget accordingly. He is the least helpful one. Everyone has a budget and client want to get good deal. If you dont have the patient. I dont recommend you work as a real estate agent. I will not go with Braavos real estate or recommend to my friends because of this angent indifferent unbisinesslike attitute. If he keep the same attitute, the company will lose more clients.
