To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the services provided by your sales agent, IS from Aqua Properties, in relation to the property located at apartment 212, Zahra Beerez, Dubai.
Despite repeated attempts to communicate and expedite the process, Mr. IS has consistently failed to respond in a timely manner. His inefficiency and lack of diligence have resulted in a delay of over two months in finalizing essential documents, such as the NOC from Nashama, causing significant financial loss as I have been unable to secure tenants and consequently lost two months' worth of rent.
Furthermore, even after the deal was finalized, Mr. IS has failed to complete the handover process. The transfer date was set for 01-Apr-2024, and yet, to this day, I have not received the tenant's cheques. It is unacceptable that Mr. IS collected 100% of his commission on the day of transfer without fulfilling his responsibilities.
I must emphasize that this level of negligence and disregard for client needs is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's reputation. Mr. IS lack of follow-up and disrespect towards clients is appalling, and I have no intention of engaging with your company again in the future.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation, including the prompt completion of the handover process and the delivery of the tenant's cheques. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will be forced to escalate this complaint further.
