Brakehill Lodge Farm

I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first Brakehill Barn craft course experience - Needless to say it didn’t disappoint.

A warm welcome, tranquil surroundings, a delicious alfresco homemade lunch and an enjoyable weaving class, made for an idyllic and wholesome day.

It was based in the perfect setting and filled with thoughtful details and homely decor. The little touches really count.

Maxine was kind in her teaching approach (which was appreciated as a beginner) and we had the chance to make various pieces to take home.
Clare was an attentive and caring host, ensuring everyone was happy and had what they needed throughout the day.

Overall, an entirely pleasurable day - Highly recommended.

Really great location, with fantastic hosts that made our stay really great. The campsite its self was really well maintained with some bell tents.

Facilities were awesome, everything you would need for the stay. We bought some honey and Alex and Clare made us a pizza on the outdoor pizza oven! You have to check it out!
