Beautiful inside, clean & bright. Great service. Delicious food.
Went here for a charity event. The food was amazing and service top notch. I would definitely recommend this hall
I'm here for a conference that I brought Davison High School students to. What a beautiful facility. Everything and everyone has been very professional. I wish I had an event to hold this would be a gorgeous place to have it.
Comparing with Canadian banquet hall

- The banquet hall was big enough to take 1000 guests, you can divide to two hall
- The broccoli soup was so good, the main course ( beef & chicken) also good
- The salad not good presentation as usual
- They not serve antipasto, dessert buffet and coffee or tea!
- The services was good but need more training for hospitality
- The bar don’t have that much of options, they served whiskey, vodka and wine only
- The sound system was good
- The banquet hall have vintage style

Was there for a conference. Ran out of coffee first thing, and took awhile to get more out. The temp in the ballroom was freezing. Ended up wearing a jacket most of the day. The food served for lunch was good but did not make up for the shortfalls.
Only thing is,
Would have been so much better if only a certain number of staff were assigned to one area, I literally had 5 different staff come to my table within 20 minutes and ask to remove a plate that I was still eating off of, it was quite annoying.
And the dishware that needed to be removed to make room for the food was left and in the way.

The Palazzo hosted my June 2021 wedding. Planning during the uncertainty of COVID was stressful - but Melanie always was willing to answer any questions I had and be flexible given the situation. Overall, the food was fantastic, the space was clean and beautiful (even without the decor we added) and the staff was very helpful. We had a blast!!
Jimmy & Dominic run a beautiful venue for any and all your special occasion events! We had my daughter's wedding there 3yrs ago and from the food to service the owners accommodated all our needs!
