Capital Gallery Parking Garage

We parked 4th level underground. Very cheap affordable parking well ventilated secure and easily accessible through the lift. You pay by card and very clean and well maintained

I only used it because Parking anywhere is hard to find. I am amazed lots of people park and no location on the walls to mention location of car. For some reason I got charged for the same amount as the car that just left before me. I should not have been grossly overcharged for 3 hours at the most.

Decent garage. But I had a reservation and for some reason I got charged twice for the day. I wouldn't bother again with a reservation next time since when I went in there was plenty of spots

Horrible expirience. My wife, myself, and our 2 month old came with our friends to Washington DC. We didn't realize that parking closes at 8. No one told us either when we came in. There is a phone number you call and register. And thats it. It says when you are ready, come back, pay and you can go. Nowhere did it say that garage closed at 8. Well my wife, my 2 month old daughtet and friends came back to find it locked. My 2 month old was crying, and I needed to get to my car to get her what she needed. There is an after hours number to call, but after calling them, they did not provide any help. I ended up calling the police who I guess contacted the security guard there and let us in. Then inside my phone died, and I could not pay. I didn't have a charger. The person that answered my call on the emergency after hours was no help. Basically if you park here. Be back before 8pm. Or your car will be locked in. And you will have to get it the following day. The only reason we were allowed inside, was because my baby was crying, and the security officer's heart went out to us. Thank you to her. Abyway, we will never park here again.
