Please don’t believe some of these ridiculous reviews. This place has all you need when renting an office. Putney Bridge underground station is next door, the building is safe, and the offices are in great condition.

Absolutely horrible! The building owner obviously want to make the most profit he/she can, so do not leave a single empty room as waiting area. If you arrive earlier for your appointment you need to be standing on the corridor or outside in the rain and cold

workers are so inconsiderate and made us travel two hours because she didnt let us know any details about our appointment. i would definitely not recommend this place

Very accessible and open clear interior

Like the Tardis...looks tiny from the front, but keeps going and going and going...

I've only spoken to a representative when I called to double check an adres from a package I ordered and I was promptly informed that the adres did in fact exist and that there are office spaces for rent.

The representative was friendly.

I spent a month renting a small office here. Here are some issues I experienced.
1) I had constant wifi issues here. I asked them before if their internet connection is strong and they said yes, yet this was definitely not the case for me. They did try solve it eventually, but this took a day to resolve. Even then it kept coming and going. I ended up just using my phone’s internet as that was more reliable.
2) I rented it in the month of April and the room heats up a lot. I can't imagine how hot it gets in the summer.
3) The walls are paper thin. I had to move office as I could hear my neighbour too clearly, which the office were good with. However, if you are taking private calls they're not so private as anyone in the hall can hear everything you're saying.
4) They took 6 weeks to return my deposit, which was done by cheque.
