Staff was great showed the lady a picture of the sneaker from my phone for my daughter she found it on the wall and got me her size. Very fast but took the time to help. I will def go back to this store
The employees can be helpful but unfortunately when it comes to good inventory it’s not this store, it’s even small than other locations. Plus, overpriced.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size online to pick up in store. After I explained my issue to one of the young ladies she immediately called to have my order bought to the register and also a step further and told her co work to bring up the size inreally needed to do a exchange. In less than 20 minutes I was in and out with the right size. I will be back soon.
These are my first sneakers in America. Thanks to the staff, they served me well, at my request they provided several colors and sizes to choose from. I am happy with the purchase, I hope the shoes will be practical and reliable. And now I have something to run on the basketball court.
Just brought my son 2 pairs of shoes the person who helped me was nice..I got a Sale on the Kicks..yes I would go back there again.
Especially love this location, combined with the House of Hoops store. The employees are each a treasure trove of info about shoes, footwear. Love the quality and variety
