A big thank you to Helping Hands Orillia for accommodating our Mom back and forth seemlessly at a busy time for you and an extremely difficult time for us.
Jaz, we really appreciate the help you gave. You went above and beyond!

Helping Hands provides regular transportation for my mother. The drivers are always prompt and friendly. There is no better service for seniors in the Orillia area!

Hello All. I have used HH for many years. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Drivers always courteous and the office staff bend over backwards to assist in any way possible. Two names are Sandy and Becky. Keep up the good work you people, I would have been completely lost without your valuable service.

Apparently this company is not as helpful as they say they are! I have left many messages for Anna for an intake, however, she never returns my calls. Interesting when I call Happy at Home, Patty answers the phone right away and is very happy to help a new client!

Could not be more pleased. Needed help getting to and from physio appointments at the hospital, ( double knee arthroplasty)
Driver was on time for pickup at my home and after my appointment.
I could not have asked for anything more! I have other appointments already booked and with any luck I'll see the same driver.

Horrible people. Drove my diabetic father home from hospital and did so as he was entering diabetic shock from low blood sugar. They were rude and aggressive towards him during the drive. Bunch of trash working for them.

What a great service nothing like it, my grandfather is in the transitional bed, puts our family mind at ease to give us the time to plan out the next steps. Has done everything possible to get him to his appointments to take that extra off us. Has taken his diet seriously, to get him back on track. Is kind and patient with both family and client. Well wondering what the next steps where they have been there to guide through what is there for seniors.
