This is a very small market, but that is not a detriment at all. You can find so many good products here. It's like a microcosm of everything South Minneapolis has to offer off the grid. And there is always a local musician or DJ playing music. It creates the most homey neighborhood togetherness feeling

This time of year has begun that makes many of us melancholic with it's cloudy and rainy days, but it is also the time of apples, honeycomb and pumpkins among other things with great cultural diversity, local products that are of great quality. Enjoy shopping while listening to music and drinking coffee on tuesday afternoons or saturday mornings.

The camaraderie among the vendors as well as the patrons is exceptional., warm & inviting. Produce selection is so abundant and the quality first rate always. The eggrolls rule, as do the oversize omelets and the fresh homemade bread, coffee, the pastries , fresh corn, cheese, beef, lamb, so many choices!choices!!warm & fuzzy

I live across the street and a lot of crazy things happen at that train station but I'm surprised how peaceful and Serene this farmers market is on Saturdays. Grateful it's there and will continue to support it as long as it's around.

What a true community space! Love that it’s in the heart of South Minneapolis and conveniently located next to the light rail. It’s small, but bursting with life. I appreciate that it appears less gentrified than other farmers markets. They accept EBT, and the crowd was diverse (wide range of ages, races, genders).

I’ve only been one time, but I’m already looking forward to future trips. The stand-out food items were the beignets and the passion fruit bubble tea. They came from different stands, which I regrettably forget the names of, but you’ll be able to easily find them.

The real highlight was the DJ. Having a DJ at a farmers market is a BRILLIANT idea! He set the exuberant tone with his disco, funk, and house hits. He was surrounded by his beaming family, and I was utterly charmed with him.

Such a gem of a market!

Not a lot here in terms of produce, but there are a few things. There are a few great food options, empanadas and Indian food are worth the trip, plus the community events and right next store is arbeitor brewery with great seating and people watching. Hit this at least once a summer.
