The Art of Blonde

Lauren is amazing! She definitely knows hair! Recently returning to OC, I started the search for a new hair stylist. Based on my research, I took a chance and came to Lauren to make my hair blonder and hide my gray. I have lots of hair but she took the time, asked questions, and knew how to add the right blonde color and right highlights so it grows out with low maintenance. My roots are blended nicely too. After having different stylists over the years, I could tell Lauren knew her techniques well—she even paid attention to details other stylists had not done in the past. Lauren also gave me a great cut after taking the time to figure out what I like to do with my hair. Her assistant is super sweet and helpful too. I can tell they both love what they do. I am happy to say I don’t have to look for a stylist anymore! I also feel good about referring my daughter to Lauren—she’s got long blonde hair and I know Lauren will take great care of her too.

I went from very long hair to short hair after I wrecked my hair during Covid trying to bleach my hair myself. :/
I have gone to multiple salons trying to find someone who knows how to style short hair and have not been happy with the results. I went to Lauren and she did such an amazing job on my hair. I have the cutest pixie cut and get tons of compliments.

the entire staff here was so kind and welcoming. i’ve had bad experiences at other salons and was scared to try a new one, but the second i walked in i knew i made a good decision with this salon. again, everyone was amazing but especially Alex Blice. she made me feel like a new woman and i could not be happier with the results. will DEFINITELY be coming back here and fully recommend anyone else to as well.

If I could give triple the amount of starts I totally would. Lauren is amazing! She TRULY loves what she does and it absolutely shows. I love, love, LOVE my hair. Going from dark brunette to blonde in one sitting without ruining my hair was not only achieved, it has exceeded my expectations. Thank you The Art of Blonde for making me feel amazing today!

Lauren is an expert blonde specialist and did such a phenomenal job I’m so in love with my hair color! I typically get golden blonde baby highlights with very little root color at the top and normally it takes me a while to find a hair stylist that can get what I want exactly right when I move to a new city, but lauren did amazing on my first time coming to her. She’s also incredibly sweet and will make you feel comfortable from the start. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled blonde specialist in OC.

Lauren is so awesome, warm kind and funny in addition to being an amazing hairdresser! She colors my hair and perfectly matched what I had previously. I have super curly hair and she is able to blow my hair out without any issues. Highly recommend!
