Incredible you can't pay by card... I had to be on the phone for 5mins talking to a machine to be able to pay.
Very small but usually can park. Ring Go app can be used if you have no change
Quite small carpark but absolute perfect if you don't mind a 5-10 walk to the city centre. Can pay by Ringo app which makes it a breeze.

Useful little car park to access harbour side and millennium square. Pay using ring go app. Avoid city centre traffic
