District Jump

We have hosted two great birthday parties at District Jump! Damion and Asia are wonderful to work with. The kids have a blast and everything is seamless!

Totally unprofessional and GHETTO I booked a party with them in advance at least 2 weeks via their website the party was paid for and confirmed via email mail They called a few days before the party stating that the party WOULD be canceled because somebody else also booked the same time and day!! This is truly a hardship and inconvenience for me and my family, I had already sent invitations out and confirmed my guest only for them to cancel my event! FIND ELSEWHERE TO BOOK YOUR BABY BDAY PARTY CAUSE THIS IS NOT lIT!!……….#bad business deal on DISTRICT JUMP BEHALF no excuses are good enough or will be accepted from them either DO BETTER!!!!!

my overall experience with district jump was good . the place was clean and a reasonable priced only down side is there time management and a couple of issues with the owner and the girl at the front counter .when we first arrived there was a party still there which they told us there will be but they went past there time so we had to wait , we asked could we get a extra time because of that they said yes. as playtime continued my girlfriend went and asked again and the girl at the front said the party before us there leaving now there leaving now . we finally get into the party room and we were constantly rushed by staff members to pass out food, sing happy birthday and to leave never gave us our extra time, they turned the light off on us as we were gathering our belongings as a sign to leave so just be mindful u will be RUSHED!!

We held my daughter’s 5th birthday party here! Everyone had a wonderful time. Asia and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the best day!

I love this place. We have been for a few birthday parties here, so we decided to host my daughter's birthday here, and it was amazing. The staff are great! very polite, communicative, and so helpful. It was the easiest birthday party I have ever hosted! I highly recommend it!

Perfect place for a kids birthday party! Everyone had a blast, the staff was amazing, all over a 5 star experience and my kid is already begging to have her party here again next year!

District Jump has consistently proven to be the BEST choice in offering an exciting, hygienic, and guaranteed EXTRAORDINARY birthday party! Bakari and Kai provided us with exceptional customer service. They were kind and helpful throughout the party. The manager, Damien demonstrated professionalism and ensured that everything was running smoothly. The pizza was hot and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. This will continue to be our go to bounce house!
