Enjoyed a great meal for two here.
Friendly staff. Well cooked food. Great atmosphere. Very enjoyable over all, will be back again soon.

Chicken Karrage is wonderful, followed by profiteroles, spectacular.
If you like cocktails this is the place to come, the girls and lads behind the bar will make pretty much anything you wish.

The best pint in Dublin is in the Skylon Hotel. I love staying in this hotel to spend time with my family,as the staff are exceptionally helpful and the food is amazing.Definitely beautiful place to stay near to Dublin airport.

Great bar staff that know how to pour a pint and floor staff always working hard.

Visited for a meal 16-04-23. Keeping things short you have a 4 star grade, why not show it with some imagination with the food. Would I be correct in saying that you lean heavily on mash potatoes, broccoli and carrots. Like a throwback to rural hotels back in the 70's. Had the fish and chips and while edible there was very little fish to be found inside dark brown batter. Only live across the road so handy to frequent for a glass if wine, but the food is stuck in a time warp. If you are not a lover if above 3 veggies you will struggle.

We stayed at the Skylon hotel twice and ate the Bar and Grill both times we were there. First of all, the waitressing staff were so attentive and friendly both times. The food was great, especially the seafood chowder and sticky toffee pudding! The French fries weren’t the best but other than that, 5/5 for everything. If you’re staying at the hotel or nearby, I recommend!!
