Not too bad, play area was clean as we had the large room for my daughters birthday party and a bar was included, however the bar area and fridge could do with a little sprucing up before our time but it was not, and it was in bad shape, other from that we had a good time, a solid 3 stars.

Hosted a private party for my son's 1st birthday here and we were very satisfied. Great value to have the banquet hall and playground to ourselves - perfect to entertain both the adults and children in our large family. Jay and Regi delivered fantastic service and were incredibly accommodating! Thank you, both!

We had my son and daughters birthday party over the weekend. We have a large group of family and friends so we were happy to find a venue that accomadated a large party. Everyone that attended had an amazing time, the kids loved the large play structure area and the large banquet hall was great for the adults. Place can use a bit of an update as others have indicated however, we were very pleased with the staff and service. Jay was very attentive to our needs and helped out with any issues that arose. Great facility for anyone looking for a budget friendly party for a large group.

I’ll start by saying: Very kind and helpful employees/manager, during our recent experience, and every other time. However — I would like to give 0 stars at this time because of the DANGEROUS condition this place is currently in. (March 2024)

Children’s safety should be the ultimate priority at a venue like this.

I recently attended a party at this venue, this was my 3rd time visiting for a party. Here are a few of the observations/feedback I got from my family who played in the play place:

*Mesh on the climber was cut/ripped where a child could fall down from at least a metre high.
*Quite soiled and sticky play structure surfaces.
*POO on one of the ride seats
*Cracked plastic edges, rough scratches on slides causing a large scratch on the side of my son’s face.

When my children and husband told me all of these things I was so upset, I wish I had known sooner. Thank God none of the children got injured. I cannot believe the play place was operating in this condition :(

We have always had pretty good experiences at this location over the last few years. The Party rooms are very open, and they are accommodating with the decorations and clean up.

!! However, safety is NUMBER ONE in a business venue like this, and I cannot come back again or give any more stars unless it’s resolved !!

N.B. - PA Day and March Break will bring many more children. I really hope these safety concerns can be resolved ASAP. We’d love to return in the future again when it’s safe to do so.

Great space for hosting your child's birthday party. The rooms are good size with an option for a much larger space for bigger crowds. The play area is big and plenty of different areas to keep the kids entertained. The added bonus is that they allow you to bring in outside food, which a lot of places don't. So I would recommend this place to anyone looking to host their child's birthday.

We recently had our sons birthday at Endless Fun playground and in my opinion the price we paid ($400) for 10 kids and 10 adults was way over priced for what was received. I’ll say that it was nice to have all my sons friends come to a place vs come to my home and I was able to avoid clean up. However if you look at the pictures I’ve attached, you’d think for the price paid this playground would be safe (I say this because our room had push pins on the floor, and there was supervision on the floor - there were paper signs saying do not climb up the slide, however there was complete chaos on the playground floor, 1/4 of the kids arcade games were broken as well) and CLEAN and perhaps have some modern updates to the facility. When you get there you receive a wristband which gets you a coffee or tea during your time there (part of the party package) - I asked for tea and it wasn’t ready until the end of our party at 6pm vs when it started at 4. They also make an announcement over the PA system to get your kids back into the room to eat, and all the adults in the playground were laughing because all you could hear was like a mumbling underwater sound!… The rooms were dirty and very cold and the play place felt like a sauna. With the amount of parties happening during the time we had our party, and knowing the cost associated with the parties it was evident they would have enough revenue to clean and update this facility. The staff was helpful when it came to needing extra cutlery and plates, no napkins were provided. We received juice boxes and pizza as part of the package. The package stated water would be provided however that wasn’t the case. like I said it was nice to have a party outside of my home, but for the price associated with it, you’d expect a nicer venue.

We held our kid's 5th birthday party here and were pleasantly surprised with how nicely it all turned out. We chose the 20+20 package; it included all table settings including cutlery, and a bunch of balloon decorations as well. (We did swap out the blue and red paper plates and cups for our own Super Mario themed place settings). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Totally satisfied with this whole experience.
