Universal Event Space

Excellent events facility, I had honour to attending wedding there. Facility is easy accessible from highway 407 and others major routes, plenty of parking. Staff were amazing, very spacious ballroom, clean washrooms, and well maintained facilities.

Universal was so wonderful. The way the space was set up really worked out for us. Armodious helped us from the start. Tia helped us with all the details and set up the day of. Rabi was so helpful with the day of coordination (food, timing of everything, troubleshooting anything that came up...etc.) . Natasha, at the bar, was so friendly and kind. The two waitstaff were great and attentive to all the guests. Guests found the food amazing and let us know that it really stood out to them. We really appreciate all of this. We haven't hosted an event in a long time and we were really pleased.

Universal is absolutely incredible and I am so happy that I chose this venue for my bridal shower!! We first met with Michael who made us feel so comfortable and went through every detail with us. He is so kind and personable and made the decision to book with Universal an easy one!! Francesco was also amazing. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help and accommodate! My coordinator was Karen and she is absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was executed perfectly! She is so kind, professional, helpful, and always on the ball. Whenever I had a question or had to change something, she was always there to answer and accommodate. On the day of, she helped set up all the décor and details and stayed throughout to make sure everything ran smoothly. She truly cares about making your event beautiful!! Lastly, the food was absolutely delicious!! So many guests complimented on how amazing the food was! I would definitely recommend booking Universal for your next event – you are in great hands. We provided our Flower Wall services for a Prom held at Universal Event Space and the venue is very elegant and clean! There is a lot of space and the staff were very helpful!

From the beginning, the Universal Staff was AMAZING to deal with.

I started off with Michael for the planning process and he was detail orientated, personable and phenomenal to deal with. He made the process super simple and really curated to our wants and needs!

Once we booked, we started dealing with Tia. From the get go, she was super helpful! From giving recommendations for floor plans, to scheduling and more. She was patient with me and provided assurance the day would go smooth.

Finally, the day of, I was situated with the on sight staff. Specifically the operations manager Elijah and captain Andrea. They were on the ball the ENTIRE night. Super helpful and assisted me with all my queries and questions throughout the night. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the evening.

Highly recommend Universal for any and all events! The food is AMAZING and the place is very clean and well kept. I have nothing negative to say about this place. And truly the high level customer service I received really made the whole experience even better.

The big screen is nicely done to showcase events. I like how each table has lights on them evenly. The ceiling design is rough compared to other details. The dinning chairs are not new may need change soon. Overall it’s a very nice event place.

Wonderful and friendly staff, very open and relaxing event space, good for any and all events, I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a unforgettable experience! The food is amazing to boost!
