Easily the loudest building I've ever lived in. The rents are relatively low for the neighborhood because they spent $0 on sound insulation. I can clearly hear every conversation, TV show, footstep, etc. from all of my neighbors. It's a real shame because the location, finishes, and price per square foot are great. But it's all ruined because they didn't bother to put even a little bit of noise barrier between the units. If it weren't so noisy, I'd have happily lived here for years. Instead I'll be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

BORGER MANAGEMENT PAINTED OVER MOLD IN THIS APARTMENT
I had recurrent leaks and mold in my apartment and the only "solution" they ever had was to bring in a painter to paint over it. They also brought in a mold "expert" who claimed there was no mold, but the website of his company boasted about how he could save landlords money. I had an upper respiratory infection for 7 weeks and before living here I rarely got sick. I took them to court for the mold and in court, they 1) lied to both me and the judge and said they remediated the mold a few hours before we arrived at court (a process that actually takes several days, not hours) and 2) cited their "expert," despite the fact that I could see visible mold spores and was sick for several weeks. I ultimately had no choice but to move out of this apartment.
