Eaton Square at Arlington Ridge

My rating is five stars for the leasing office They are very professional and always ready to help at any time. The neighbors are good. I recommend Eaton sq thank you. Mananger ngozi End every one how work with you.

Don’t move in here guys me and my husband made that mistake because we needed to find something quick and it was really easy to get approved here when I went on Google to read the reviews I thought people were just exaggerating but I’m about to end my lease soon and I’m looking forward to that day. It’s true what everyone else sees the apartments are full with rats and roaches and the mainly issue here is the parking you will never find parking after 7pm .There’s only one container for the trash and you have to climb a piles of trash to throw your trash. The apartments are built like trash. There’s not a place in the apartment that you don’t walk in the floor squeaks the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the other apartments even things you do not want to hear at night if you know what I mean . The rent is super expensive and they charge you whatever they want for the water not based on what you use. I would never recommend anyone to live here . I can’t wait to leave from here in July

Friendly and helpful staff but a few flaws. Appliances have all seen better days and are missing parts. The disposal rattles items off the counter and is deafening. The garbage situation is deplorable. You have to heave your bag over an 8 foot wall and it is only emptied once a week on Monday but full on Wednesday causing overflow. That in turn draws rats which draw ferrel cats creating its own ecosystem. I am too old to sling garbage through the air. The location is great but they nickel and dime you constantly.

Do not move here. Apartments are disgusting and old. Packages are stolen routinely and management doesn’t care. Maintenance is a joke. They fix apartments and leave the front door wide open for anyone to come in. There are shootings and stabbings every weekend. Cars are broken into all the time. Stay away.

I never lived here and definitely glad I was turned down for whatever reason. I applied paid my $50 application fee along with a $200 unit holding fee, I wasn't expecting the application fee back but I definitely was supposed to get my $200 back. They have not sent it to me, they aren't answering my calls or responding back to me after leaving messages.
You guys are very unprofessional and management there is a joke. I am a Concierge Director so I definitely no the management that runs properties have a corporate office, not this property. This absolutely seems like a scam. I will also be contacting you local paper if I have to pay for this to be printed, you'll definitely lose way more than $200.00.

If any is looking to move to Alexandria, I would NOT recommend Eaton Square Apartments, I don't care how desperate you are for a fresh start this place is infested with rodents and bugs. I have captured 11 mice (Yes, 11) in my unit in three months. There will be pictures attached below. I have only been living here for 4 months and I have had issues with management and maintenance. I have reported several issues from the short time I have been here, and it has been like pulling teeth. I have gone almost three months without a working stove and when I went to the rental office to discuss the rodent problem and other issues, I was told that they totally forgot about it and then switched up to say they thought the task was complete. I have been in contact with the manage her name is Ngozi and every time I send her an email about getting out of my lease without any penalties, she completely disregards that part of the email and says she will get back to me. I have been a little over three weeks since she has responded to that part of the email. The rent they are charging me is $1,650 for absolutely nothing. I have reported the stove issue, not having any screens in majority of my windows, rodents, and pest’s problems. Also, there were so many holes in the unit the rodents were coming and going freely, when the issue was finally addressed was once they didn't receive their rent payment for December on time which is ironic. I have been putting in requests since the month I moved in and most of them haven't been met since rent was withheld. I have sent multiple emails with proof of the incidents going on in the apartment, even proof of the rodents that were caught from me placing my own traps using my own money. The only thing I have been asking for the past few weeks was how do I get out of the lease without any penalties, I refuse to live somewhere paying this much a month under these conditions.

I give this apt complex 0 stars and I would even asked for a refund of the 12 months I stayed here if I could. Even though Its been 6 months since I've moved out of Eaton square I just thought I would come back and write a review to help the next victim from considering this apartment complex. When you first take a tour at Eaton square you might notice friendly environment during the daylight hours, people walking their dog or residents grilling outside and when you tour the unit you'll see a decent size living room and bed room in a 1bed apt but that's where everything good ends. This apt complex is a nightmare. I lived here for dreadful a 12 months and within the first 3 days.. the terror began. I saw mice, plenty mice, about 10 my first week, so I stayed the rest of the first week in a hotel. I sent the images to the leasing office and the second red flag was when they told me that pest control comes only once a week so I had to wait. Pest control came but did virtually nothing, I still saw mice. So I went to Wal-Mart and got some brillo pads and plugged up the holes along side the wall behind the fridge myself and that solved the problem for about 6 months until more mice emerged in my bedroom somehow. My second biggest issue was groups of Teenagers using fentanyl in front my apt door on several occasions I recorded it all on my ring camera. I had to call the police atleast 6 times on 6 different occasions, they made 2 arrests but then they kept coming back and using their drugs until finally I gave up. As soon as I stopped calling the police they broke the front door to the apt corridor and that door remained broken for the rest of the time I lived there. I complained once then gave up. This is a place of giving up because eventually you'll submit to the madness. Drug trafficking seems to be a big thing over here as you'll find tons of police cars lined up in the street at night. Good luck finding parking after 6pm and if you park over by the leasing office guest area watchout because cars get broken into heavily over there. Also that doubled stack dryer does not dry clothes. You'll have to dry atleast 5 times or go over to a laundry mat. This place is a Overpriced Motel.
