Nice parkland, but no official trails. A walk in nature alongside the creek downstream from Huntsman lake.
This peace of woodlands is small but beautiful. I enjoy walking by the river.
Apparently, there is no entrance to this "park". It's nothing more than a wooded area.
You can enter the park (on foot or bike) through a gravel path that splits off from the bike path on 286. There's also a cul-de-sac where you can park at the end of Wild Spruce Dr.
Very quiet low-key park, I was the only person there when I checked it out, the entrance was hard to find but I marked it. The park isn't well cared for so it gives a natural feel. All in all a good place to splash around or have a picnic

Nice bike trail although I didn't see a park.

Shooters is great neighborhood sports with friendly service & the best wings in Springfield Va. I always feel welcome & treated like family. Their home wrapped wontons & spring rolls are definitely fresh & full of flavor. 2 thumbs up from me!!
