Dianna was absolutely amazing to work with! She’s really easy to talk to and be honest with— she never judged me on any of my struggles or vulnerabilities. I did both nutrition and fitness program with her and made HUGE changes in both areas. I’m much more physically fit and am able to eat in a healthy way that’s delicious and maintainable. I would 100% recommend Dianna to anyone wanting to increase their overall health on the inside AND outside.

For anyone who is looking for a wellness coach, I can’t recommend Dianna Carr at Be Well Health Coaching enough! I just finished 6 months with Dianna and am so glad I found her. She is flexible, positive, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I always felt comfortable talking with her and being completely honest about my health. She created a personalized strength training plan and helped me stick with a calorie deficit for the first time in years. Dianna also helped me to stop focusing only on the scale but on my overall health including stress management and sleep. The lessons I’ve learned with Dianna will be with me for life. Almost 20lbs down and still going! 💪

Had a wonderful experience with Dianna and would highly recommend her! I worked with her to rebuild my nutrition and fitness after several months of severe illness from an autoimmune disease. The diet and exercise plans she provided were easy to follow and I took her up on several recommendations for additional resources that aid in holistic well-being (acupuncture, etc.). I am doing much better and have a long-term maintenance plan going forward I feel confident about (Dianna provided this even after we wrapped up our formal coaching time together). She checks in often and is a great resource for anyone looking to improve their health. Thanks Dianna!

I assumed this would mostly be about eating well and getting some exercise. But Dianna is interested in helping you with MUCH more than that. I asked Dianna for help getting through a particularly stressful period of my life. As it turns out, her guidance on mental health was just as crucial to helping me stay healthy during this time, if not more so, than traditional coaching assistance. But secondly, Dianna’s personal commitment to her clients is second-to-none. This is a professional who brings a personal passion to care work and it was a privilege to be her client.

I have been working with Dianna on improving my health and wellness for a little over a year now, and I'm proud to say with Dianna's encouragement, training, and advice, I'm on my way to completing my first half marathon. Dianna is not only motivating and fun, but also patient and kind. She genuinely wants to help others and if you let her, she can help you change your life for the better. I'm so happy I started working with Dianna. She guided me into more muscle workouts each week. She shows me a better, more healthy way of eating that still tastes delicious and she talks to me on a human, friend level, while still being a true professional, which helps with your mental well-being. Be Well Health Coaching has given me a kickstart back into my health & wellness routine after pregnancy and in the midst of raising 2 little boys! Dianna's coaching and support groups have inspired me to get back to exercising, eating well and carving time out for myself to self-care. Her programs are wonderful and I encourage anyone to check out Be Well Health Coaching with Dianna and give her a chance to support you and walk with you on your journey. A brand new version of ME has emerged and I am thankful to feel "good" again!

Dianna's coaching has greatly improved my life and my health. I was very stuck before I started working with her. As a mom of young children, I have limited time but I needed to restore my energy and strength. Dianna met me where I was postpartum and suggested practical, manageable changes to my diet that I could incorporate into family meals. She also helped me to go from a sedentary life style to working out 4 times a week. She created a strength training program for me that gives me a complete full-body workout and leaves me feeling strong. I have lost stubborn inches and pounds at a slow and steady pace. Working with her gave me a new confidence in myself, I could not have done this on my own. She is tireless, positive and professional. She will get you to your goals.
