Where the hell is the entrance?

I've lived here for six months now and I love it. Excellent 24 hr front desk crew! Free building amenities! No lock out fee if you're locked out of your apartment. Two outdoor decks. Kid's playroom. Full control over the temp in your apartment. SUPER centrally located. I can easily walk to four or five neighborhoods from here. There are probably 10+ subway lines within a few blocks. Yes, there's no pool, I wish the gym had a window, wish the lounge/outdoor furniture was little better BUT it's at no additional cost.

I would give this building 5 stars if management extended the building wifi to the 5th floor deck!!!! It only makes sense!

The people who work here are amazing! The building is also nice and located conveniently.

The building is centrally located in a fast changing downtown Brooklyn neighborhood. Unfortunately, there is a design flaw in the building gym that impacts some apartments above it. Thunderous noise can be heard coming from the gym, from weights being dropped on a regular basis, at all hours, since it is open 24hrs a day.
