Chai sutta bar Patia

This place used to be a very good place to hangout and used to have full of customers.

Recently i went there to have some tea and snacks.And i found that there is no one around except me and 3 staffs (including 2 female staff) of their shop. Those guys were very unprofessional and they don't know how to treat with customers. Probably that's the reason people are no longer coming to that place. I came to know that the owner of the shop has been also changed.

I had a tea which was completely awful. They seriously need to take care of food quality and customer service/satisfaction as a utmost priority.

Such a disgusting experience

This cafe is basically a hangout zone for friends and especially for those who like to smoke and have some chai. I had been to this place only once and I think there is much room for improvement.
It is self service so I there is nothing much to talk about their service. Ambience is quite dull.
I tried coffee, chai and paneer sandwich.
Gotta say that the quality of chai could have been better. But the coffee was good.
Taste of sandwich was bland and I felt like the ingredients were not fresh.

Wonderful place for evening hangout with friends. Calm and friendly place. You can also spend time in your work. Chai is amazing

Experience was okayish. Cold coffee tasted good, sandwich was average. Most of the items from menu were not available. Ambience and vibe is worth a praise. A perfect place to chill and hangout with friends

They served the Chai in the Kulhad and sipping the Elaichi flavour one was soothing. Together, I ordered the Paneer Takatak sandwich which was also delicious.
They can improve in the general cleanliness and washroom condition.

An awesome hangout destination in Patia. Must try cold coffee which is simply mind-blowing with wide varieties of flavours

Totally loved the place for hangout, spacious place and friendly people who served. And also pocket friendly.
