Seriously Sam if you're not interested in working here then just quit. I have never seen someone so rude at this location before. I have been to this specific location several times and all the other staffs are great.

I am tired of Nespresso shop clerks. They are not interested, rude, pompous, and cranky. This location is not my first experience of this behavior. The Prudential Center shop was the same! Perhaps Nespresso trains their store clerks to be crabby? I simply think that returning recycling and purchasing over $100 of product should be at least welcomed with a smile ...

Conveniently or inconveniently(?) located inside Bloomingdale’s.
The staff are helpful and patient.
Some of the customers are rude and pushy — so all the more reason to applaud the staff, except they are poor at addressing people to move. Furthermore, customers that have made a decision are at the mercy of those in line still making decisions and requests. This is perplexing. Especially for a decisive person. This adds to the annoyance factor.
As well, the sampling/tasting area should be at the other end of the counter to relieve congestion.
What is not obvious is the service queue and how to line up. This results in disgruntled and confused customers.
To alleviate this problem, set up stanchion poles with ropes and signs that say, “line forms here,” or, “…enter here for service.”
Just a suggestion ;-) I dare the manager to respond. I will go to another location next time!

Great place. Many selections of coffee pods and espresso pods. Nothing special about service though, pretty ordinary. Maybe a “ hi how are you doing” or simple “ hi” or “I can help you over here” from anyone would’ve been nice. instead of just silence and me wondering when to speak…

Always excellent customer service, and amount of stock. I drive a little over an hour to stop by this location, and it's worth it.

Very nice people. Even the guy in training was awesome. Bought a machine recently (not at this location) and stopped by to learn about the coffees and system. Planning to always buy from here.

A lovely way to try a flavor before buying a box
A lovely salesperson Chelsea helped me learn more & invited me to try my all time favorite flavor that she called a cereal breakfast flavor. 👍👍
Dario & Beth have great customer focus & are knowledgeable about their product.
The staff are excited for us to try their excellent flavors because they know Nespresso is superior & you just have to try it once.
