Excellent quality of food and coffee and superb service from Mr. Baks at the coffee shop, providing both quality of service and friendly communication.

Very nice and tasty food!
We had lunch here and made reservations beforehand, which I highly recommend, as the restaurant is a popular lunch spot for many employees due to its central location, so it tends to be booked up at lunchtime. I appreciated the location by the National Museum, which gave it a more relaxed atmosphere. The service was very friendly and the food was very good.
We went there for a dinner with a group of 6 people.
The place is behind the train station, very spacious however we did t have a good dinner experience.
The quality of food vs price was bit aligned at all. The meat was chewy, the greens served with meat was without any taste.
The desserts were ok. We had super high expectations however we were quite disappointed.

Spitz is always a reliable go to for a quick work lunch or business dinner, but Karolis really upped the service and warmth taking care of me and some visiting family this evening. Service from Karolis was thoughtful, flexible, and warm. Cocktails were inventive and delicious. Food was seasonal, fresh, beautifully plated, and flavors were well balanced. Recommended wines were excellent and paired well with the food. Overall a lovely evening and meal.

Disappointed that I turned up for a resturant meal experience and placed with the drinking section instead. You can see on the pictures when it came to my tea at the end of my meal there was still seating rooms available although I was told there was booked out.
Friendly service, fresh tasting, well seasoned meal, I enjoyed the farfalle with chanterelles in cream sauce, which was delicious. Located steps from the central Zürich train station and the national museum. Highly recommended.
